Hi, I'm Marissa Bannister — a lifelong animal lover, dedicated dog walker, and pet sitter based in New York City.
I've been caring for pets professionally since my sophomore year of college, but my love for animals started long before that. I grew up with a dog and know firsthand how much our pets mean to us — they're not just animals, they're family. That’s exactly how I treat every pet I care for: like they’re my own.
Before moving to NYC in July 2024, I built a loyal client base in Philadelphia. Since arriving here, I’ve been lucky enough to connect with amazing pet parents and grow my new local community. Whether it’s daily walks, overnight stays, or just some much-needed playtime, I bring genuine care, attention, and joy to every visit.
When I’m not out with pups or spending time with cats, I also work as an account coordinator for a packaging company here in the city. But pet sitting is my passion — it’s what fills me up and makes my day.
